About

My name is Jamie. I am a UESCA Certified Running Coach, Endurance Sports Nutrition Coach, and cofounder of Curre Club in Toronto. I'm passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals through running sustainably while having fun.As a competitive athlete, I've been fortunate to learn from top experts and work with some outstanding coaches and trainers throughout my career. These experiences have shaped my coaching approach and taught me the importance of setting achievable goals, building a strong mindset, and staying motivated. Below are my accomplishments: â€‹

  • 4x Marathoner recently completed the TCS New York Marathon

  • 5k: 19:01

  • 10k: 40:33

  • Half-Marathon: 1:32:50

Regarding pricing, the rate is $150 per month for month-to-month memberships or $1650 for a full year. Please complete the new athlete intake form if you want to work with me.

I want to empower individuals to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential through the transformative power of running and mindset coaching. I believe that anyone can become a runner and that the right mindset is key to achieving success, both on and off the track. My mission is to provide personalized coaching, training plans, and support to help individuals overcome their mental and physical barriers and discover the joy of running. I am committed to building a community of runners who inspire and support each other to reach their full potential.

My vision is to create a world where everyone has the confidence, motivation, and tools to achieve their running goals and live a healthier, happier life. I envision a community of runners who are empowered to break through mental and physical barriers and discover their true potential through personalized coaching, training plans, and a supportive network.
